Summary:
In this role, you will provide support to the Transaction Management Team for purchase orders electronically transmitted, from providers to suppliers, with an additional focus on leveraging opportunities for supplier relations. You will provide timely and accurate confirmation for non-Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) orders.
Responsibilities:

Confirm purchase orders by managing and coordinating with various platforms (transaction management application, eCommerce exchange and Outlook).

Resolve issues pertaining to revisions or purchase order requests.

Monitor queues for increased customer satisfaction, ie. contractual and newly implemented customers and identify potential issues that would impact service level agreements.

Collaborate with suppliers prior to transmittal to ensure normal and special purchase orders are processed in accordance to member policies and procedures.

Ensure accuracy of product, price, delivery terms and special instructions.

Identify and transmit discrepancies at. Member's Go Live finding quick resolution to maintain quality relationships with members and suppliers, further enhancing member satisfaction.

Collect and present statistical data using SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint following the Team Performance Management Module (TPMM) guidelines.
Qualifications:

Relevant degree preferred.
-
2 or more years of relevant experience required.

Demonstrated understanding of business requirements, data specifications and relational data sets required.

Proficient experience with Microsoft Office suite applications required.
-
Ability to strategically solve problems.
-
Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize effectively.
-
Experience in healthcare, supply chain, purchasing industries, or GPO desired.
-
Basic knowledge of SQL desired.
Estimated Hiring Range:
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $51,900.00 to $82,900.00.
This position is also incentive eligible.
