What you'll do:
As na EDI Analyst you will work with the support on EDI customer onboarding processes, including production support, monitoring and troubleshooting EDI issues.
In detail, you will:
- Collaborate and communicate with EDI trading partners and internal teams (IT, Business teams) to understand end-to-end requirements and ensure smooth data exchange
- Prepare Data Mapping specifications according to the customer and business requirements
- Configure and maintain EDI maps and communication protocols as necessary
- Support end-to-end testing of EDI customer onboarding solutions ensuing successful integration with internal backend applications
- Maintain proper documentation of system changes, updates, best practices and production troubleshooting documentation which includes day-to-day operational procedures, performance dashboards etc.,
- Maintain strong relationships with Trading Partners, Offshore teams, and IT/Business stakeholders.
- Act as liaison between EDI team and external EDI managed services partner(s)
- Staying up to date with evolving EDI standards, regulations and technologies to ensure compliance and recommend improvements
- Involve in day-to-day production operations, monitor production systems for failures or performance degradation
- Investigate and resolve incidents ensuring root cause analysis and documentation
- Participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support as needed
As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS/C2W).
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in EDI support or development.
- Strong knowledge of ANSI X12 and EDIFACT, involving order-to-cash EDI transaction types
- Experience with B2B EDI mapping translators such as IBM Sterling Integrator, Gentran, Cleo or similar products,
- Experience in flat files, XML and CSV formats for data translation
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT Architecture and communication protocols such as AS/2, SFTP and VAN connectivity
- Good Exposure in SAP ERP, SAPWM and REX systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to explain solutions from a technical and Business Analysis point of view.
- Must have a good understanding of SDLC.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously and work collaboratively
- Fluent English

You will be based at the Curitiba administrative office. Located in Prado Velho, it is a new Electrolux location designed from the start to allow for more efficient, connected and flexible collaboration between Electrolux’s support teams.
