What you will do

  • Support project analysis and planning, small to medium project management, with some guidance, along with daily operational activities associated with the assigned systems, applications, and projects.
  • Facilitate order-to-cash (otc) process, enterprise resource planning systems and electronic document exchange to leverage analytics tools to consistently improve process and influence outcomes.
  • Assist business needs and processes and will act as the primary resource for all EDI registration setup, on-boarding and document alignment issues across to our commercial businesses. 
  • Establish relationships and cultivate partnerships with various business groups and stakeholders, including customer care, finance, indirect channels, sales and information systems.
  • Perform intake of information regarding potential system enhancements and research new functionality including alternative solutions and recommends options to stakeholders and governance for prioritization and approval.
  • Continuously review internal processes and technology to identify improvement opportunities and develop implementable strategies targeted to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Manage relationships with peers in internal and external organizations (Accounts Receivable, Supply Chain, Customer Care etc.)

What you need

  • Bachelor’s degree required or 6 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Knowledge of key EDI documents and supporting procurement – Oracle, X12, EDIFACT, XML experience, EDI data monitoring and reporting preferred.
  • Experience with SAP, GHX, and Power BI preferred.
  • Supply chain transactional knowledge (order to cash) required.

$58,700 - $118,600 salary plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program). This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position based on current national data. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

Travel Percentage: 10%
