Summary:
In this role, you will work on a team responsible for full cycle support of EDI processes with existing and new customers. You will monitor connectivity and translation of transaction and troubleshoot to determine the root cause of issues.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for production support of existing EDI processes.
Troubleshoot and respond to customer questions / issues and escalate problems.
Handle customer complaints and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner by analyzing information.
Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures within area of competence.
Research, fix, and reprocess failed EDI transactions.
Implement support enhancements.
Document resolution history in EDI support knowledge base.
Assist with training customers on services and applications provided.
Requirements:
Relevant degree preferred.
2 or more years of experience in EDI processing.
Expertise in ecommerce, B2B, and EDI solutions/processes.
Proficiency in data analysis and standards including database structure/knowledge.
Effective problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Estimated Hiring Range:
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $51,900.00 to $87,900.00.This position is also incentive eligible.
