About the Role

The EDI Developer will play a crucial role in building and managing EDI integrations for our disruptive startup in the transportation sector. 

Responsibilities

  • Develop EDI integrations by creating guides, mappings to internal APIs, and conducting end-to-end testing.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration processes.

  • Engage with customers through emails, kick-offs, and troubleshooting calls.

  • Oversee program management activities to ensure smooth communication and resolution of issues.

  • Address and resolve issues related to existing integrations promptly.

  • Tackle any problems that arise, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years experience working with EDI's

  • Proficiency in any EDI middleware software with a preference for transportation related EDI (204, 210, 211, 214, 990, 997)

  • Experience with Dell Boomi or similar middleware software
  • API experience; specifically using Javasript preferred.
  • Extremely organized with the ability to track multiple issues going on at any given point in time

  • Experience building EDI documentation

  • Customer service orientation: ability to solve tough technical problems with several external parties

  • Startup experience a plus!

Compensation Range

  • $75,000-100,000 and generous equity ✌️
