Own end-to-end technical recruiting for Pallet’s engineering organization, hiring senior talent across Product, Platform, FDE, and AI/ML. Responsibilities include role scoping, sourcing, pipeline management, interviews, candidate selling, closing, hiring-bar protection, data-driven recruiting strategy, and partnership with engineering leaders and founders. The role is the company’s first dedicated technical recruiter and requires building scalable recruiting practices while remaining hands-on in a high-growth, founder-led environment.

Build Pallet’s first revenue operations function and operating system. Responsibilities include creating dashboards, reporting, forecasting processes, pipeline inspection, CRM discipline, lead routing, territory and account allocation, commission administration, and sales operating cadences. The role partners with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to improve funnel execution, attribution, data quality, accountability, and predictable revenue growth in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.

Deploy and own production AI agent integrations for large logistics customers: reverse-engineer undocumented systems, build integrations, debug distributed production failures, run onsite launches, and turn recurring patterns into reusable product capabilities while partnering with engineering and product teams.

Build Pallet's first Revenue Operations function from scratch: design processes, reporting, forecasting, pipeline hygiene, CRM discipline, lead routing and territory frameworks, commission administration, and cross-functional reporting to enable scalable, repeatable revenue growth.

Own the CEO’s calendar, inbox, travel, follow-up, meeting preparation, and strategic projects. The Executive Assistant will manage competing priorities, close customer, candidate, and investor communication loops, coordinate complex domestic and international travel, and support board and external meetings. This is an in-person San Francisco role requiring sound judgment, exceptional organization, discretion, and experience supporting a high-volume executive, founder, or CEO.

Owns enterprise customer deployments from discovery and workflow design through execution, go-live, and long-term success. Leads customer discovery, translates business processes into AI agent workflows, coordinates with delivery engineers and internal teams, configures and tests agent solutions, and manages deployment plans, risks, timelines, scope changes, escalations, and executive communications. The role also improves scalable onboarding processes and requires significant client interaction and travel.

Own customer deployments from discovery and workflow design through execution, launch, and ongoing success. Lead customer discovery, translate business processes into AI agent workflows, configure and test agent setups, manage deployment plans and risks, coordinate stakeholders, lead customer meetings, handle scope changes and escalations, and improve repeatable onboarding processes. The role is client-facing, onsite, early-career, and requires approximately 25–30% travel.

Plans and executes company events, celebrations, dinners, and offsites; coordinates venues, catering, transportation, entertainment, vendors, budgets, invitations, and logistics. Supports meetings, candidate visits, onboarding, office organization, workplace needs, and employee experiences across San Francisco and New York. Partners with People, Recruiting, IT, and Executive Operations teams on workplace programs and special projects. This is a hands-on, in-office role requiring strong organization, hospitality, communication, flexibility, and attention to detail.

Build and own Pallet's go-to-market and product marketing strategy: craft launch narratives, create sales enablement, develop market positioning and case studies, coordinate cross-functional launches, and analyze sales and product data to improve messaging and GTM impact.

Drive technical validation and demos for enterprise logistics customers by building quick integrations/prototypes, mapping data flows across TMS/WMS/CRM, partnering with Sales on proofs of concept, and feeding product insights back to engineering. Enable GTM with demo templates and briefings while shaping the Sales Engineering playbook for AI-driven automation and agent workflows.

Own and optimize Pallet’s digital marketing engine across paid acquisition, email, website conversion, content distribution, SEO, AEO, and ABM. Build marketing operations infrastructure for automation, attribution, tracking, lead routing, segmentation, and CRM reporting. Measure pipeline performance, support enterprise campaigns, manage contractors and partners, and collaborate with sales and content teams.

Lead net-new enterprise sales across EMEA for an AI-driven logistics platform. Own full sales cycle, build executive relationships, scope pilots demonstrating ROI, self-source opportunities, and shape international GTM and product feedback while traveling extensively across Europe.

Own top-of-funnel outbound prospecting: build targeted lists, run campaigns with Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation, book meetings for AEs, iterate messaging and playbooks, and surface prospect feedback to improve go-to-market.

Lead full-stack growth for Pallet across outbound, website conversion, SEO, paid, affiliates, and new channels. Develop strategy, run and analyze high-volume experiments, build tracking and attribution, operationalize validated channels, and lead cross-functional projects to scale predictable, automated acquisition.
