Eddy Current Assistant

MISTRAS Group, Inc. is seeking an Eddy Current Assistant (NDT, ET) based out of Chino, CA

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• They will perform tests based on an in-house Eddy Current Testing Method used to determine the integrity of Condenser and Evaporator in service HVAC tubes.
• They will be required to create reports detailing findings and interface with clients on solutions for preventive maintenance or care of HVAC Condensers & Chillers tubes.
• Customer facing role.
• Ability to perform a wide variety of tasks and respond to short notice work.
• Proven ability to adapt to an ever-changing schedule.

Hourly Rage: $24-$26

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be a US Citizen due to contract requirements
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have a clean driving record.
• Ability to Travel; overnight travel (40%); International travel (5%)
• Must be able to pass certification as service technician after end of training period (6+ months)

PREFFERED REQUIREMENTS:

• Eddy Current Experience
• NDT Certifications
• Must be able to obtain Transportation Workers Identification Credential
• Must be able to obtain US Passport
• HVAC Experience
• Ability to read technical documents.
