Responsibilities:
- Greet all customers and guests with warmth and professionalism
- Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and courteously
- Maintain the front desk and lobby area to ensure a clean, welcoming environment
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling when needed
- Provide support to sales and service departments as requested
Previous customer service experience required
Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Basic office skills are a plus but not required – we’re happy to train the right person!

Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
