Job DescriptionI need a ECW (eclinicalworks) Support Analyst for my direct client in Northampton, MA.
The ideal candidate should have the following experience:
• Troubleshot high end issues (Printer, Fax servers, ECW Servers, Connectivity issues)
• Experience on ECW products and their enhancements
• Exposure to Meaningful Use stage 2 validation activities is required and would be preferred on the same basis.
• Testing application experience and support related to Tomcat service updates
• Works with physicians, business staff and other clients to understand and research customization requests
• *Provides on-site go live support.
