Ecosystems and Partnerships Solutions Strategist

Job Description

To translate the top-level strategies into actionable goals and create transformation program for implementation with the entity. The Ecosystems and Partnerships Solutions Strategist partners with multi-disciplinary functions to execute on the organization's digital and technology ecosystem strategy. The role will identify and position opportunities for growth on connected digital business models and solutions; and to track and evaluate the value and viable value pools.
Enables the defining and understanding of the ecosystem and partnership vision in collaboration with key stakeholders through ecosystem mapping, data analytics, value pool analysis and identification of potential opportunities and a product roadmap.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and formulate medium - long term growth strategies and objectives, anticipating the future across a range of aspects
• Communicate a meaningful strategic context that articulates multi-functional purpose, vision and mission in support of overall strategic objectives
• Enable business’ expansion strategy by translating it into business plans, and operating capabilities which may include partners and manage the delivery thereof
• Engage with key business stakeholders across business and client to understand vision and strategy for expansion initiatives
• Facilitate the conversion of knowledge and ideas into new or improved products, processes, and services in pursuit of sustainable business growth
• Work with different parts of business to understand contribution and co-ordinate ongoing alignment and delivery, including engagement with partners
• Ensure that multi-functional strategies are adequately budgeted for through the development and implementation of a business-case and monitor and track expenditure to maximize cost benefit ratios across value chains, increasing stakeholder value
• Review project proposals or plans to determine time frame, funding limitations, sourcing approach, delivery method, dependencies, quality approach, procedures for accomplishing projects, negotiate staffing requirements to various project phases
• Configure and balance resources, resolve competing requirements, allow for contingencies and identify partners to achieve long term objectives by collaborating with other functional areas
• Manage designated contributors and stakeholders from inception to final execution, including post implementation evaluation
• Build relationships that maximise alignment; the sharing of knowledge and diverse insights; and a achieve collaboration on an ongoing basis
• Engage in cross-functional relationships to obtain and to provide work support
• Influence and communicate across all levels of the business to minimize resistance to change and ensure a feedback loop is consistent and part of the process.
• Oversee and manage ecosystem related activities and events to market our digital innovation and technology branding both internally and externally
• The oversight of development and maintenance of products / solutions that are produced through the various multi-disciplinary teams and based on clients’ needs to ensure sustainability and future competitive growth
• Maintenance of expert knowledge on relevant legislative amendments, industry best practices and provision of proactive advice and solutions to relevant stakeholders.
• Initiate and manage market research, data mining and quantitative analysis to ensure sustainability and future competitive growth
• Promote teamwork and inclusivity amongst team members and demonstrates behaviours that respect diversity
• Partner and collaborate with team members to achieve team success
• Share information and knowledge that benefits the team
• Understand competencies and skills required for own and employee's development and performance
• Identify development needs and select effective solutions to address own and employee development needs
