Responsibilities
- Analyze data to identify internal and external growth opportunities for ecommerce, focusing on both volume and profitability.
- Manage reporting analysts in creating dashboards to track and measure ecommerce performance.
- Analyze internal processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement automations—including AI tools—to improve efficiency.
- Drive decisions regarding the design and functionality of the 1P Ecommerce storefront, including prioritizing projects with external agencies.
- Design and test pricing and promotion strategies based on automated competitor analysis, margin management, and price elasticity testing across different product price points.
- Lead collaborative efforts between the ecommerce team and other key internal stakeholders (e.g., Product, Risk) to articulate ecommerce initiative needs, prioritize requests, and support execution.
- Own the design and execution of CRM campaigns focused on 1P Ecommerce, including experimentation and optimization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or studying in a field related to data analysis.
- 3+ years of experience working as a professional in analytics and optimization.
- Analytical skills with a data-driven approach - is able to quantitatively diagnose root causes and use data to formulate recommendations.
- Highly organized - can manage multiple workstreams with a variety of stakeholders simultaneously.
- Communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Strong knowledge of SQL. Experience with BI platforms. Good knowledge of social media, ads and analytic platforms, and statistical methods (A/B Testing).
- Self-driven and results-driven, willing to work in a dynamic, high-change environment.
