Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic leader to help us expand and build out our drop shipping business! This individual will have a strong ecommerce background, are excited to establish processes, and develop vendor relationships.
In the role, you will…
- Manage the on-going promotional calendar, including negotiations, securing and communicating all details, and reviewing past performance to determine what promos to run in the future.
- Participate in weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reviews with vendors to discuss achievements, challenges, and goal alignment.
- Monitor, enhance, and report on vendor performance metrics based on each workflow’s established Statement of Work.
- Maintain a consistent line of communication with vendor partners to effectively convey requirements and feedback
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional partners to effectively implement and execute the necessary requirements for all workflows under management.
- Resolve vendor-related issues efficiently and ensure that customer and/or stakeholder escalations are managed effectively to minimize disruptions. Swiftly escalate challenges and obstacles to ensure timely resolution and smooth operations.
- Complete onboarding and offboarding tasks for all new and departing vendor agents, ensuring appropriate permissions and systems access in line with their approved scope of work.
- Maintain accurate documentation of vendor communications, agreements, and performance metrics.
- Responsible for managing the day-to-day back-end operations of Ecommerce stores.
Strategic Sourcing
- Partner with key business stakeholders to initiate, plan and manage sourcing activities across multiple spend categories from inception through contract execution.
- Guide cross-functional teams through definition of business requirements, sourcing strategy development, contract negotiation and vendor selection.
- Analyze historical spend to proactively identify sourcing and savings opportunities.
Contract Negotiation and Supplier Management
- Facilitate the contract review process, working closely with business unit managers, Procurement, Legal, Risk, Accounting and IT to ensure proper review and capture of business and legal terms.
- Manage all related contract documentation and facilitate ongoing supplier management activities, including business reviews, supplier scorecards and ongoing relationship management.
Business Partnership
- Build strong working relationships with key business stakeholders in order to further extend the influence and value proposition of the Procurement organization.
- Drive best practices across groups and regions for assigned sourcing activities.

- 5 years of relevant industry experience.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong and succinct written and verbal communicator.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Cost reduction and process improvement.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Energy industry relevant experience a plus.
- Experience working with The Home Depot and Lowes a plus.
Target Compensation:
$90,000 – $130,000 / annually + bonus
Compensation Range
$90,900.00 - $136,300.00
