Skills Required
- Two to three years in solutions consulting, sales engineering, technical pre-sales, or technical consulting (eCommerce or Data Science/AI).
- Ability to run demos, lead webinars and present at industry events; comfortable presenting to rooms and executive buyers.
- Own demo environment end-to-end and stand up POCs without leaning on an architect.
- eCommerce track: experience with Shopify Plus, BigCommerce, Adobe Commerce (Magento), Salesforce Commerce Cloud, commercetools, SAP Commerce, or Oracle Commerce.
- Data Science/AI track: fluency in Python and SQL.
- Hands-on exposure to ML/AI workflows and awareness of MLOps patterns.
- Comfort with platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Google Vertex AI, and LLM tooling (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face).
- Strong communication and executive-facing polish.
- Master's degree (MBA, MS, or similar).
- US work authorization without ongoing sponsorship (preferred).
