Job Description
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our Digital Marketing and ECommerce team. In this position, your main responsibilities are updating the online product catalog, including setting up new products and maintaining product data to be used for our ecommerce platform, managing listings, optimizing product visibility, and analyzing data that will help increase sales.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Owner of product enrichment lifecycle:
- Inclusive of gathering product feedback from internal organizations (Sales, Marketing, Sourcing, Product Team, IT) to drive new SKU additions
- Management of 3rd party vendor for data enrichment services (timeline, cost, integrity)
- Validating the data enrichment integrity and then moving towards publishing the products on the ecommerce platform.
2. Utilizing a 3rd party vendor Product Information Management (PIM) solution to manage product listings; inclusive of attribute assignment such as colors, fonts, pricing, dimensions, weight, and more.
3. Ensuring ERP System of Record remains in sync with products offered on website; inclusive of general product maintenance (such as deactivating SKUs, listing additional data or removing existing)
4. Resolving data issues:
- Review data for inconsistencies or anomalies that could skew analytical results
- Conduct routine maintenance as needed to ensure data integrity
- Streamline data collection and analysis procedures to ensure fast access to metrics
5. Other duties as assigned
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field preferred
- eCommerce, Product Information Management (PIM), B2B experience required
- Advanced Excel level experience required
- Experience in like industry (insulation, distribution, manufacturing) preferred
- Experience with Unilog CIMM2 platform preferred
- 5+ years’ experience in data management or analysis
Additional Experience
- Prior experience implementing a B2B ecommerce solution preferred
- Ability to extrapolate conclusions from large data sets
- Very strong internet browser/data manipulation skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills (English)

Work is performed in a typical office environment and may require standing, bending, lifting boxes or packages under 10 lbs., and sitting for long periods of time.
