Summary / Position Purpose
We are seeking a highly analytical and action-oriented eCommerce Performance Analyst to support growth across our digital portfolio. This role is responsible for owning the integrity, accuracy, and usability of our analytics data while translating insights into clear, actionable opportunities that drive measurable business impact.

Analytics Ownership & Data Integrity (Primary Focus)
Insights, Experimentation & Performance Optimization
Reporting & Stakeholder Communication
Execution Partnership & Optimization Support
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements
3+ years of experience in digital analytics, with focus on eCommerce performance
Hands-on expertise in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), including implementation, troubleshooting, and funnel analysis
Strong experience designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests
Understanding of eCommerce metrics (CVR, AOV, revenue, funnel performance)
Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights and business recommendations
Experience working with developers and UX teams to implement tracking and site enhancements
Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights and test results to
nontechnical stakeholders
Naturally curious, detail-oriented, and motivated to contribute beyond traditional analytics responsibilities
Requirements
Skills Required
- 3+ years of experience in digital analytics with focus on eCommerce performance
- Hands-on expertise in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), including implementation and troubleshooting
- Strong experience designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests
- Understanding of eCommerce metrics (CVR, AOV, revenue, funnel performance)
- Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights and business recommendations

- Experience with Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI or similar reporting tools
- Experience with experimentation platforms such as Optimizely, VWO, Adobe Target, or Convert
