EquipmentShare is seeking an eCommerce Merchandising Specialist based in the Columbia, MO area to assist with the setup, management, and growth of our online parts store. This position is located in Columbia, MO.

We’re seeking an eCommerce Order Specialist who loves a challenge and wants the opportunity to grow with a fast-paced company. This position will support the creation, management and maintenance of EquipmentShare’s eCommerce catalog including parts, apparel, and other CPG goods . As part of a small team, you’ll gain hands-on experience in several areas of eCommerce and logistics operations.

What You Will Do:

  • Parts research to help customers find the replacement parts they need
  • Process orders over the phone, via text, and through customer service portals
  • Assist customers that call in to help resolve any order problems or complaints
  • Help maintain our catalog of parts data, such as researching fitment data or product attribute QA
  • Other duties as assigned

You’re motivated, tech-savvy, curious and have an interest in eCommerce, inventory management or product marketing. You’re an excellent communicator, team contributor with aptitude to learn and adapt. Have experience managing product inventory and stock? Even better. The ideal eCommerce Order Specialist is ready to hit the ground running and be part of launching a brand-new endeavor at EquipmentShare.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 1-3 years experience in heavy equipment or automotive parts preferred
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Great customer service, interpersonal and soft skills
  • Must possess strong organizational skills and time management
  • Able to work autonomously, and be willing to seek assistance when needed
  • A process-minded individual with a keen eye for attention to detail
  • Emotionally intelligent team player
