Ecommerce Operation Specialist (JP) 職務内容 • 割引とプロモーション計画の作成をサポートし、売上機会を最大化し、在庫回転を改善する一方で、合理的な利益率を確保する。 • クロスチャネルおよび機能チームと調整し、カニバリゼーションを避けるための割引とプロモーション計画を策定する。 計画を実行し、売上パフォーマンスを監視する。 • 利用可能な電子商取引在庫を各電子商取引サイトに割り当て、各サイトでの製品の入手可能性を最適化し、変換を最大化し、顧客体験を向上させることを目指す。 • 電子商取引ビジネスを在庫レベルと照らし合わせて分析し、企業全体の在庫効率を最大化するための対策(例:チャネル間の在庫転送)を実施する。 • 在庫割り当てプロセスの改善機会を継続的に探し続ける。 要項 • ビジネスまたは同等のプロフェッショナルな経験を持つ学士号 • 関連するマーチャンダイジング、バイイング、またはトレーディングの経験5年以上 • 流暢な英語と日本語スキルを持つ Job Responsibilities • Support the creation of discount and promotion plan to maximize sales opportunity and improve stock turn, while ensuring reasonable margin. • Align discount and promotion plan with cross• channel & functional teams to avoid cannibalization. • Execute the plan and monitor the sales performance. • Allocate the available ecom inventory to various ecom sites, with the aim to optimize product availability on each site, thus maximizing conversion and improving consumer experience. • Analyze ecom business against inventory level, and take actions (e.g. stock transfer between channels) to maximize overall company inventory efficiency. • Continuously seek for the inventory allocation process improvement opportunity. Requirements • Bachelor degree in Business or equivalent professional experience • 5+ years’ experience in relevant Merchandising, Buying or Trading • Fluent English / Japanese
