Translate business requirements into agency tickets, coordinate fixes and deployments, validate solutions, and support tracking implementation. Your Responsibilities
- You will be responsible of the day-to-day website operations, issue resolution, and implementation
- For Website Operations & Maintenance you will:
- Product activation/deactivation requests
- Spec sheet uploads/removals
- Category configurations (pre-sale, discontinued flags, mappings)
- MEC page updates and maintenance
- For Issue Resolution & Troubleshooting you will:
- First line of support for:
- Order issues (ASW, duplicate transactions, Flexity bugs)
- Voucher issues
- Manage and resolve CARL tickets
- Coordinate fixes with WhiteCap
- First line of support for:
- For Agency Coordination (Execution Layer) you will:
- Translate requirements into tickets for WhiteCap
- Follow up on bug fixes and deployments
- Validate fixes before escalation
- For Promotions & Campaign Execution you will:
- Set up and QA promotions
- Ensure correct pricing, timing, and visibility
- For Tool & Platform Maintenance you will:
- Maintain (Emplifi / Virtual Consultation, Appointedd scheduling tool, Mila chatbot (basic training updates)
- Support tracking implementation testing cycles
- For SEO & Content Execution you will:
- Implement SEO recommendations
- Handle technical fixes (via WhiteCap)
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Ecommerce, Marketing, Digital Commerce, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
- 5 years’ equivalent practical experience in ecommerce operations or digital site management
- Experience in ecommerce, digital operations, website administration, online merchandising, or a similar execution-focused role
- Experience in retail, direct-to-consumer, or consumer goods ecommerce
- Ability to manage product activations, deactivations, category changes, and content/specification updates
- Clear communicator who can translate business needs into actionable tickets
- Collaborative and comfortable working across internal teams and external partners
The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $80,000 annually. This range is a guideline and may not reflect your exact offer. Factors that will be considered when extending an offer include but are not limited to education, experience, relevant skills, and alignment with market data.
