Help power the ecommerce engine behind our fast-growing, trend-driven brand. We're looking for an Ecommerce Operations Specialist to optimise our Shopify ecosystem, improve operational efficiency, and help deliver an exceptional online shopping experience across our AU, US and UK storefronts.

Working cross-functionally with teams including Ecommerce, Development, Marketing, SEO, CRM, CX and Site Merchandising, you'll play a key role in keeping our ecommerce platform running smoothly while identifying smarter ways to work through automation and AI.

What you'll be doing:

  • Maintain and optimise our Shopify platform across multiple regions.

  • Manage product data, merchandising rules and site updates.

  • Coordinate development projects from briefing through to QA and deployment.

  • Monitor integrations, troubleshoot issues flagged by customers and team members and support platform improvements.

  • Build reports and dashboards to provide insights and improve ecommerce performance.

  • Identify opportunities to automate manual processes using Shopify Flow and AI tools like Claude.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support ecommerce initiatives and deliver a seamless customer experience.

  • Reporting provides actionable insights that improve performance.

  • Automation reduces manual work and increases operational efficiency.

  • Technical issues are resolved quickly with minimal customer impact.

  • Strong collaboration across teams delivers an exceptional online experience.

Skills & experience:

  • 2–3+ years' experience in an Ecommerce Operations or Ecommerce Specialist role.

  • Strong Shopify knowledge and experience managing ecommerce operations.

  • Experience with Shopify Flow or similar automation tools.

  • Experience coordinating development projects and working with developers.

  • Knowledge of GA4 and ecommerce reporting.

  • Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.

  • Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude to improve productivity and workflows.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across multiple teams

Skills Required
