Job Description
- Support the growth and performance of the online store with monthly KPIs
- Assist the e-commerce operations team with on-boarding to hit online sales targets:
- Shoot and measure merchandise
- Edit and upload products
- Order fulfilment
- Warehouse management
- Work closely with marketing team to ensure online SOPs are running smoothly
- Work closely with SG e-commerce ops team to ensure delivery and logistics are handled smoothly
- Coordinate with part-timers to plan monthly work schedule
- Provide customers support through channels, including but not limited to email and social media
- Responding to customer enquiries within an agreed response time
- Record feedback meticulously and make prompt escalations to relevant teams
- Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned
Qualifications
- Diploma/degree in the related field
- Experience with Warehouse Management (preferred)
- Good command of English
- Skilled in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Detail oriented, organised and has good time management
- Able to work independently and display strong initiatives
- Able to commute office located in Kuala Lumpur
