The Role
Kitsch is seeking a dynamic Site Merchandising Manager to join our team. The Site Merchandising Manager will play a crucial role in driving our online merchandising strategy and influencing the way our customers shop. This role is a unique opportunity to merge a love of product, data and the customer experience at a high growth e-commerce company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute seasonal, limited edition and evergreen site merchandising initiatives, build out product categorization, taxonomy, and navigation hierarchy and ensure they are all working together to drive a first in class shopping experience.
- Evaluate customer shopping paths and understand user behavior by cohort, product performance and merchandising data to drive impact by utilizing strategic and innovative thinking.
- Set up, analyze and optimize heat mapping and funnels to gain insights and action on data based on user journeys and friction points.
- Establish KPIs and develop site merchandising dashboards to build out reporting, providing top level insights to the leadership team.
- Optimize product recommendations and upsells on PDPs and in cart to positively affect AOV.
- Analyze and own site search and collection filtration to ease the shopping experience.
- Conduct A/B testing to gain insights that lead to increased conversion rates.
- Implement site personalization efforts based on customer segments and user groups.
- Own a holistic site merchandising strategy, led with data and the customer experience at the core.
Qualifications and Skills
- 6-7+ years of relevant experience in an eCommerce Merchandising role at a haircare / personal care / consumer products industry (high growth company a plus!).
- Strong experience with the ShopifyPlus platform.
- Expertise in e-commerce analytics and/or BI tools such as Google Analytics 4, Mouseflow, PowerBI, Glew, Looker, etc. and utilizing them to build executive reporting & dashboards.
- Experience with building A/B testing campaigns, analyzing and executing on data learnings,
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets experience.
- Strong attention to detail, but able to see the forest through the trees.
- Ability to work efficiently in a remote or hybrid environment with cross-functional teams (experience with Asana and Slack is a plus!).
- Proactively share new ideas for innovation and process improvement.
- Exceptional project management, communication, and analytical skills.
