eCommerce Logistics Manager

eJam is seeking a Logistics Manager to oversee all aspects of our logistics operations, including fulfillment and inventory management across various channels such as direct-to-consumer, Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA), retail drop-ship vendor fulfillment, and in-store retail programs. This pivotal role coordinates both inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring efficient operations and optimal inventory movement. The successful candidate will be responsible for a team dedicated to managing specific logistics areas and a vendor partnership for retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Fulfillment and Inventory Management: Manage third-party logistics providers for direct-to-consumer, FBA, retail drop-ship, and in-store fulfillment programs.
• Coordinate Inbound Freight: Oversee all aspects of inbound freight, both domestic and international, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Team Leadership: Manage a logistics team of three, with specific focus areas in inbound freight, DTC fulfillment, and movement to FBA, ensuring high performance and development.
• Vendor Management: Work closely with vendors to manage retail fulfillment, ensuring compliance with service level agreements and performance metrics.
• Strategic Planning and Meetings: Participate in key meetings such as annual planning, quarterly planning, vendor KPI reviews, daily stand-ups, new product launches, and customer/channel launches.
• Optimize Logistics Operations: Drive initiatives for capacity planning, market expansion, and enhancing the customer experience through optimized logistics strategies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certification (e.g., CSCP) preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a management role overseeing complex logistics operations.
• Proven expertise in managing third-party logistics providers and complex distribution networks including DTC and retail channels.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and external vendors.
• Excellent strategic planning and organizational abilities, with a strong focus on system efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• NetSuite experience is a plus.

Salary:

• $3,700-$4,200 per month USD depending on experience.

• Fully remote.
• Annual performance bonus of up to 10% of salary.
• Vacations & Holidays.
