We are seeking an Ecommerce Integration Developer to support the technical execution and integration of systems across our Ecommerce technology stack. This role is responsible for helping ensure reliable connections and seamless data flow between ecommerce platforms, enterprise systems, and third-party partners.

Support integrations between ecommerce platforms and enterprise systems such as OMS, ERP, CRM, PIM, DAM, analytics platforms, and third-party tools.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that impact site performance, data integrity, and system connectivity.
Assist with deploying system enhancements, fixes, and platform updates in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
Monitor integration performance and system health; escalate and coordinate resolution for technical incidents.
Support API connections, data feeds, and automation processes, ensuring proper data mapping and validation.
Participate in QA testing and release validation for new integrations, enhancements, and updates.
Maintain technical documentation related to integrations, configurations, and operational procedures.
Assist with reporting and data validation tied to integrations and platform operations.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Stay current on integration best practices and emerging ecommerce technologies.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience supporting ecommerce platforms, integrations, or web applications.
Technical Skills
Experience working with APIs, data feeds, integrations, and system troubleshooting.
Familiarity with ecommerce and enterprise platforms such as OMS, ERP, CRM, PIM, or analytics tools preferred.
Experience with basic scripting, automation, or data mapping.
Understanding of system integrations and platform performance monitoring.
Additional Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with technical and business teams.
Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with team members.
