About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented eCommerce Hub Assistant Supervisor to support our online sales operations. This role focuses on leading the Lister Team while helping manage day-to-day workflow across the full eCommerce process.
This position is a strong fit for candidates with experience in eCommerce, retail, warehouse operations, online marketplaces, product listing, shipping, inventory, or team leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Support productivity and quality standards for the Lister Team
- Train, coach, and develop team members
- Coordinate product flow across receiving, processing, photography, listing, stocking, and shipping
- Track and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics
- Provide hands-on guidance to improve individual and team performance
- Maintain organized, efficient, and safe work areas
- Support the eCommerce Hub Supervisor and step in as needed
This role operates in a mixed office, warehouse, and retail setting. Work may include temperature fluctuations, dust, and active movement throughout the day. This is a hands-on role supporting daily operations.
Physical Requirements- Regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds
- Stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and move throughout the shift
- Work across office, warehouse, and store environments
- Good vision, including close and distance focus
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed
Qualifications
- Experience in eCommerce, retail, warehouse, or fulfillment environments preferred
- eBay, Amazon, or online marketplace experience preferred
- High school diploma or GED required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Clear communication and ability to work as part of a team
- Prior team lead, training, or supervisory experience preferred
- Experience with faith-based or social service organizations is a plus
