Responsibilities
- Manage P&L of Ecomm Mexico (excluding fixed costs) in accordance with defined budget, objectives, and key UE guardrails (e.g., CAC, FPD)
- Define assortment strategy based on market demand, competitor offerings, price-point coverage and FPD.
- Lead inventory management operations, including projection of sales at SKU level and coordination with suppliers and logistics providers to ensure regular delivery and appropriate levels of stock.
- Lead pricing and promos strategy, considering competitor price comparisons, testing of demand elasticity, and management of Unit Economics.
- Identify key bottlenecks / failure points in operation and work with the Ecomm Customer Experience team, Ecomm Ops Manager, and Product teams to create solutions.
- Work alongside Paid Ads Growth Manager to optimize customer acquisition campaigns, including consulting on assets, campaign structure and goals, audience targeting and budget allocation
- Identify key funnel leakages, diagnose causes, and work with Ecomm Ops Manager, Product Manager, and Customer Lifecycle team to design ways to prevent leakage and/or recover potential customers.
- Manage opportunities to drive sales on 1P ecommerce through bundling with our other business lines - kiosks, credit line / card, accessories, insurance and new products
- Partner with commercial and OEM team to identify growth opportunities including:
- Organic traffic and brand marketing opportunities
- Promotional offers with OEMs and other partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Business, Engineering or similar.
- 3+ years of experience in retail or ecommerce strategy, growth, or operations, ideally in fast-paced environments such as retail tech, fintech, or startups.
- Analytical skills with data-driven approach.
- Communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Good knowledge of social media, ads and analytic platforms, SQL, and statistical methods (A/B Testing).
- Self-driven and results-driven, willing to work in a dynamic, high-change environment.
