As our Ecommerce Executive, you are the engine behind our online experience. You will be the person who brings our flash sales to life, ensuring that when a member logs in to find their favorite luxury brand, the journey from discovery to checkout is flawless.
This is not just about data entry; it is about project management and digital storytelling. You will be the vital link between our luxury brand partners, our warehouse teams, and our members. We are looking for someone who finds deep satisfaction in the "cleanliness" of a well-organized stock list, the thrill of a successful site launch, and the challenge of optimizing a mobile checkout for maximum conversion. If you are a tech-savvy executor who loves seeing the direct impact of your work on sales charts, you will thrive here.
Key Responsibilities
- Site & Product Management: Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from data cleansing and stock list preparation to managing high-quality imagery and ensuring "launch-ready" pricing.
- Digital Merchandising: Execute on-site visual merchandising strategies to maximize sales and ensure our premium brand partners are represented beautifully.
- Asset Management: You may be required to carry out photo editing (such as resizing or cropping) and creating banner assets for the website.
- Promotion & Logic Execution: Coordinate the backend setup of promotional codes, quota rules, and tiered pricing.
- Quality Assurance (QA): Act as the final gatekeeper by placing test orders to verify that promotions, customer groups, and checkout flows are working perfectly before we go live.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Transform raw sales data into comprehensive "End of Event" recaps, providing actionable insights into revenue trends and stock turnover.
- UX Optimization: Regularly audit the site for bugs or friction points across mobile and desktop to reduce cart abandonment and improve the member journey.
- Operational Liaison: Collaborate closely with warehouse teams to monitor fulfillment health and resolve any delivery hurdles promptly.
- All-Hands Support: Embrace our "Family Spirit" by supporting customer service during peak periods or assisting with our exciting in-person sales events.
WHAT IT TAKES…
- Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in a digital or e-commerce role (bonus points if you have worked within the Australian retail landscape).
- Platform Proficiency: Proven experience managing major E-commerce platforms—Shopify Plus is our bread and butter, but experience with Magento or BigCommerce is also highly valued.
- The Tech Stack: You are an expert navigator of the Shopify App ecosystem and know how to leverage third-party tools to enhance site functionality.
- Data Literacy: You are comfortable using Microsoft Office and Google Suite (specifically Excel/Sheets) to organize stock lists and generate meaningful sales reports.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English skills. You should be able to switch gears easily, adapting your tone to match our premium brand voice.
- Logistics Lens: A background in warehouse coordination or logistics is not required, but it is a major plus and will help you hit the ground running.
