Why be a Country Executive - Myprotein Romania?

• • Website Management & Performance: Oversee the Myprotein Romanian website, managing sales, performance metrics (e.g., GP, conversion rate, traffic), product reviews, content, and customer database growth.

  • Analytics & Strategy: Use analytics and internal reporting tools to understand the customer journey, optimize sales, and define strategic direction for the site.

  • Influencer Marketing & Collaboration: Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies, manage the Romanian Influencer Database, and source new influencer talent to enhance brand recognition.

  • Traffic & Customer Engagement: Work with the digital marketing team to drive website traffic, identify new growth opportunities, and improve customer engagement through CRM activities and promotions.

  • Campaign Development & Merchandising: Contribute to creative campaigns, optimize website merchandising (banners, landing pages), and ensure products are competitively priced to meet GP targets.

  • Customer Experience: Collaborate with design and editorial teams to create engaging product pages, ensuring an exceptional customer experience with relevant information and conversion opportunities.

What skills and experience do I need for this role?  

• Fluent Romanian and English speaker both written & spoken  
• University Degree preferred    
• Experience in a similar online trading role is preferred    
• Strong academic track record    
• Strong interest in Digital marketing channels, SEO and e-commerce    
• Proven communication and influencing skills    
• Commercially astute, ambitious, and highly intelligent individuals who are hungry for success and genuine responsibility.    
• Entrepreneurial thinkers are welcome - those able to think outside the box best suited to a true 'start-up', agile environment with early responsibility for key decision making    
• Interest and understanding of the health & nutrition sector strongly desired
