Why be an Ecommerce Executive at THG?

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Ecommerce Executive to join our UK team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for owning the website, from daily hygiene checks to execution of key campaigns, optimising the customer journey, and driving sales growth. This role will collaborate with several teams across the business, including marketing channels, buying, and merchandising, to support the delivery of our Ecommerce strategy.


As an Ecommerce Executive, you'll:

  • Website Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the website, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers.
  • Sales Strategy: Actively support the implementation of strategies to support sales performance, improve conversion rates, and enhance customer engagement.
  • Digital Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing teams to execute online campaigns, including CRM, PPC, App, and Affiliates.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor website performance and analyse data to identify trends, customer behaviour, and areas for improvement. Complete reporting of performance metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Customer Experience: Implement a customer-first mindset to ensure high customer satisfaction through customer journey optimisation to deliver a best-in-class experience.
  • Cross-Function Collaboration: Work closely with buying and merchandising teams to support stock management and brand performance.
  • Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to inform decisions.


What Skills and Experience Do I Need?

  • Time management: Prioritise, structure work & effectively manage time.
  • Analytical ability – strong understanding of ecommerce KPIs and how to influence these.
  • Excellent communicator – both written and verbal.
  • Awareness of the beauty industry.
  • Ability to form good working relationships with internal teams.
  • Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
