Position:eCommerce Coordinator - OXO

Department: Marketing – Home & Outdoor 

Work Location: New York, NY, Hybrid (work 3 days onsite) 

Hybrid Schedule: At Helen of Troy, we embrace a flexible hybrid work model designed to support collaboration and productivity. For roles eligible for hybrid work, our standard schedule includes in-office collaboration from Tuesday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Any updates to this model will be communicated in advance. Please note that hybrid eligibility and schedules may vary based on business needs and manager expectations.  

What you will be doing: 

The Ecommerce Coordinator will coordinate and deliver on various ecommerce tasks to and from multiple teams; marketing, customer service, inventory management, IT, product and brand. 

  • Update and create various types of content in the ecommerce admin: Product pages, Landing pages, Homepage, Content Pages, Relationships & Configurations 
  • Liaise with internal development team for new features. 
  • Work closely with Customer Service teams to ensure consumer friction is addressed and mitigated through site updates 
  • Help educate marketing and design teams on site possibilities. 
  • Strive to become a subject matter expert in the oxo.com admin. 
  • Participate in workflow documentation. 
  • Work tightly with the marketing team for onsite campaigns. 
  • Collaborate on all marketing calendars. 
  • Using data and industry insights, suggest new merchandising strategies for the home pages, landing pages, product pages and site search.  
  • Make content recommendations for seasonal initiatives. 
  • Promotion code maintenance & support for various teams. 
  • Communicate site updates to all relevant teams. 
  • Work with inventory teams to assess gaps, stock, demand and pricing. 
  • Keep up with product development for new information, launches, and features. 
  • Pricing support for the sale teams. 
  • Traffic and support UI issues from the customer service, product development and sales teams. 
  • Coordinate with internal and external groups for A/B testing. 
  • Help support the testing roadmap. 
  • Communicate initiatives to relevant teams 

 

Skills needed to be successful in this role: 

  • Tech Savvy – competent with web-based technologies though work or leisure – admin UI, traditional ecommerce structures, website design, merchandising.  
  • Experience with Magento and Atlassian preferred. 
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. 
  • Data-driven mindset 
  • Demonstrated high level of autonomy and ability to self-start 
  • Demonstrated passion for improving the consumer experience and making it the best it can possibly be 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and strong desire to “own” all aspects of eCommerce Communication for OXO. 
  • Prefer a candidate that has ambition and passion to make the consumer experience for OXO consumers the best it can possibly be! 
  • This is a growth role. The ideal candidate can leverage their foundations and build on top of that. 

 

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field 
  • 3+ years of Magento admin experience 
  • Previous work with DTC marketing and digital “product” management 
  • Experience working cross-functionally with myriad teams 
  • Knowledge of various digital platforms and passion for keeping up with and learning about new on-site marketing approaches. 
  • Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis  

   

In New York, the standard base pay range for this role is $27.63 - $34.54 hourly. This base pay range is specific to New York and may not be applicable to other locations. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to location, experience, skill level, and performance. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
