Your Job:
The Ecommerce Content Specialist is responsible for helping to grow our BrooksRunning.eu business by executing all online campaigns, planning and maintaining our online content assortment and optimizing a frictionless website user experience. In this role you will translate campaign plans into smooth home/landing page experiences for runners, you willcontribute to product storytelling and administer the content flow on the site to match brand objectives and digital commerce best practices.
As our Ecommerce Content Specialist, you’ll contribute ideas for new opportunities to improve website customer experience to increase website traffic, engagement and conversion rate.
Your Responsibilities:
- BASE TASKS
- Set up and maintain home/landing pages and other types of content on BrooksRunning.EU in all languages (currently EN, DE, FR, IT, ES, NL) using Sitecore and Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
- Act as primary contact when (ad hoc) issues occur that involve the content on BR.EU.
- Perform QA/maintenance of our site to ensure all landing pages, product tiles and copy are accurate.
- Identify/report content related bugs to Digital Products, track resolution and perform QA on any fixes.
- Review and edit product marketing copy in PIM for all EMEA languages, ensuring clarity and appeal.
- CAMPAIGN & SITEPLANNING
- Partner closely with the eCommerce Campaign & Content specialist on content marketing to execute against the content calendar and build / integrate rich content into web pages.
- Execute seasonal product and campaign launches: creating wireframes for web pages - selecting components, assets, copy - and briefings for the creative studio.
- Collaborate with EMEA Creative Studio to secure assets for ecommerce campaigns and product launches.
- Select and resize digital content assets using Adobe Photoshop to meet quality standards and ensure proper fit on the website.
- ANALYTICS, FUNCTIONALITIES AND OPPORTUNITIES
- Review campaign & content metrics and identify opportunities for improvement using reporting tools including Content square and Adobe Analytics.
- OTHER
- Collaborate with the CRM-manager to execute and maintain the Brooks Run Club webpages (currently EN, DE).
- Work with external agency and internal partners to improve our organic search ranking (SEO).
- Collaborate with the REX team (customer service) to triage and address bugs, missing configurations, errors, missing translations etc., on BR.EU.
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing or similar required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience executing online customer experiences.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience with Sitecore or other Content Management System.
- Experience working with Demandware/Salesforce, Magento, Hybris, or other ecommerce storefront environment is a strong plus.
- Experience with creative online storytelling is a strong plus.
- Basic understanding of HTML and/or CSS a plus, but not required.
- Basic understanding of Photoshop and visual creative tools like Figma is a plus, but not required.
- Experience with web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or other.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, copy-writing experience a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams to achieve necessary results.
- Excellent interpersonal skills that inspire and build trust resulting in effective working relationships across the company.
- Passionate participation in Brooks’ sports activities is a plus, overridden by the ability to understand and empathize with the runner to develop loyal, engaging relationships with our customers and the Brooks community.
