About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven eCommerce Campaign and Promotions Manager to lead go-to-market and growth campaigns across our hardware, SaaS, and services offerings. This role will collaborate closely with Product, Product Marketing, Integrated Marketing, and Finance to drive sales performance, optimize promotional strategies, and maximize eCommerce growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute go-to-market and growth campaigns for self-serve and eCommerce offerings, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  • Partner with sales and eCommerce teams to meet revenue targets by defining effective promotional and pricing strategies.

  • Manage campaigns for a diverse portfolio of products and services, identifying priorities and scaling impact across multiple customer segments.

  • Plan and execute key promotional events such as Prime Day, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and other seasonal sales, ensuring seamless execution across all marketing channels.

  • Develop project plans and timelines for major promotional events, coordinating across internal teams to align messaging, creative, and execution.

  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations, Brand, and Product teams to manage promotional campaign execution, ensuring the timely delivery of email, product, art, and copy assets.

  • Work closely with designers, copywriters, and marketing operations to ensure all campaign assets align with brand and messaging guidelines.

  • Develop and optimize mid-funnel and nurture campaigns to guide prospects through the buying journey and drive conversion.

  • Implement targeted email, retargeting, and automation strategies to improve engagement and accelerate revenue impact.

  • Drive engagement with partner channels to expand market reach and enhance partner success.

  • Lead and coordinate new product, feature, and service launches, ensuring teams have the necessary assets, content, and enablement programs.

  • Provide strategic insights to influence product and service roadmaps, advocating for customer needs.

  • Craft a compelling technology narrative to engage prospects, customers, partners, and industry influencers.

  • Collaborate with demand generation, campaign, and content teams to ensure a cohesive and high-impact marketing strategy across all channels.

  • Track and analyze campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize marketing effectiveness.
     

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited, not-for-profit University or College

  • A track record of commitment to prior employers.

  • 6+ years of experience in product marketing with expertise in hardware, SaaS, and services.

  • Strong ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment, providing thought leadership and market insights.

  • Experience working with technical stakeholders, sales leaders, and integrated marketing teams.

  • Proficiency in project management tools like Asana to track campaign progress and ensure deliverables meet deadlines.

  • Experience managing high-visibility promotional events, coordinating cross-functional teams to execute successful large-scale campaigns.

  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to customers, stakeholders and C-level executives.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with a track record of driving results in hypergrowth environments.
