eCommerce Manager Amazon MCC + BCC • Amazon DACH (m/w/d)
Join the Amazon DACH team and drive category growth of the Amazon MCC DACH and WER business by building an irresistible experience for first time parents within Amazon as part of the wholistic CXJ – leveraging data, automation and AI
Develop and maintain an optimized product selection for online sales, analyzing pricing strategies, stock levels, and product information to maximize basket value and conversion rates on Amazon
Collaborate with local and regional stakeholders to define and execute the e-commerce sales strategy for Philips
Optimize e-commerce fundamentals by facilitating core e-commerce activities, utilizing data analytics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that enhance the CXJ and ultimately sales performance and profitability
Research new methods and procedures to improve e-commerce efficiency and effectiveness, championing innovative approaches to drive online sales growth
Analyze and report sales results, market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior, identifying key insights and translating them into actionable recommendations for continuous improvement powered by automations and AI
Execute daily sales operations on Amazon by monitoring budgets, planning promotional activities, and ensuring adherence to targets
Provide expert product knowledge and support by acting as a resource for colleagues with product and e-commerce best practices
As BCC MCC you are responsible for creating a 24 month forward looking strategic plan for the WEU MCC portfolio including pricing, promotion, phase-in / phase-out strategies underpinning the 3-year rolling WEU strategic plan (SPOR).
Grow your sales and marketing acumen as part of the DACH and WEU AMZ eCommerce team, setting you up for general management and senior specialist roles within the DACH, WEU and Global teams.
You're the right fit if you have:
- Master’s degree preferred ideally in Marketing or Sales related fields
- 2-3 years of sales and marketing experience

How we work together
