eCommerce Account Executive

Position Overview
eCommerce Account Executives are responsible for working with new clients to sell the company’s products and close contracts within the eCommerce segment. Additional responsibilities include contract negotiations, updating sales processes, and all other aspects of the prospecting and sales renewal process. This role will handle the sales process from request receipt to closure, leveraging resources effectively throughout the sales cycle.
The role will work with various company departments, with an emphasis on Sales, Marketing, Legal (if required), and Finance.
Job Responsibilities
• Prospect within the assigned territory to create leads for new client sales by growing opportunities in the portfolio.
• Sell and promote available solutions to new and existing clients.
• Act with integrity and demonstrate ethical behavior in all matters with all stakeholders.
• Take full responsibility for ensuring the satisfaction of both internal and external customers.
• Work with the sales and marketing team to share new ideas and business development strategies.
• Utilize multiple communication methods.
• Skilled in time management and prioritization.
• Effective in territory planning and execution.
• Efficient in asking questions to understand needs and uncover opportunities.
• Act as a role model and mentor throughout the organization by sharing best practices and messages, etc.
• Show willingness to learn from other sales roles, internal business partners, and customer experiences..

Qualifications
• Ability to manage sales cycles from start to finish.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in selling digital solutions is preferred.
• Knowledge of customer management solutions (CRM), preferably Salesforce.com.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Advanced English
