Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing electronic Clinical Outcome Assessment (eCOA) systems for clinical trials. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring their smooth integration and effective implementation, which will be key to the success of our projects.
Your role:
- Support in all internal processes relating to the provision of eCOA systems.
- Communicate with vendors regarding requirements and specifications for systems contracted by PSI.
- Communicate effectively with all parties involved in the project, including study sponsors, eCOA vendors, project managers, to provide updates on progress of system implementation, deliverables, and any obstacles encountered.
- Support the project teams in specification, testing and use of each system, along with issue resolution and filing of essential documentation.
- Provide input on training materials for sites and patients in line with the study/study teams requirements.
- Ensure seamless integration with other systems, including EDC and IxRS.
- Facilitate training for PSI project teams on project-specific features of eCOA systems.
- Assist with business development tasks such as development of proposals, client presentations, etc.
Qualifications
- College/University degree
- Prior industry experience in clinical research is a plus
- Experience of working with clinical data systems is a plus
- Full working proficiency in English
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications
- Excellent communication and time management abilities, with a strong desire to learn and a curious mindset
