Under the general direction of the supervisor and reporting to the director, the Echo Technologist performs/is responsible for echocardiographic exams in accordance with hospital and departmental standards. Completes all phases of exams and assists with other Heart Institute procedures and patients as needed. .

Required Qualifications:
- Coursework/Training: Successful completion of an echocardiography ultrasound technology program.
- Upon hire: National Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography
- Upon hire: National Certification from Cardiovascular Credentialing International
- Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- Clinic experience.
- 2 years performing cardiac ultrasound in a clinic setting.
- Electronic troubleshooting experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Performing neonate/pediatric echocardiograms.
