Job Description

🚀 The Job Mission
This is a hybrid role, with three days a week based at our Bristol (Aztec West) office. We can only consider candidates living within a commutable distance, though limited relocation support may be available.
You’ll take ownership of the process instrumentation scope, leading supplier handovers and ensuring technical compliance from design through to commissioning.

Responsibilities:

  • Resolve supplier and client technical queries efficiently
  • Support contract engineering lead across design and procurement phases
  • Follow equipment manufacturing, testing and delivery to site
  • Review supplier documentation and surveillance reports to required standards
  • Manage risks, opportunities, and engineering design changes
  • Coordinate interface management between multidisciplinary engineering teams
  • Assess and validate modification requests for accuracy and necessity

 

Qualifications

🛠 Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Experience in instrumentation design, procurement, testing or installation
  • Proven capability in technical documentation review and supplier follow-up
  • Knowledge of British/EU electrical standards
  • Background in heavy industries such as nuclear, power generation or oil & gas
  • Understanding of process instrumentation systems and integration
