The Ideal Person:
- New graduates holding a University Degree (Bachelor's or Master's) or new graduates from FP.
- Good MS - Office knowledge ( e.g. Excel, Word, Outlook etc ... ).
- English fluent is mandatory.
- Sales oriented approach.
- Communication skills.
- Fluent in Catalan and Spanish.
- Willingness to learn systems such as SAP, ERP and order management.
- Willingness to work in an international environment.
What you will be doing:
- Delivers solutions or finds new opportunities for a positive customer experience.
- Initiates and answers sales inquiries.
- Promptly and accurately responds to customer information requests.
- Monitors/follows up on sales activities throughout the process from initial contact to order fulfillment.
- Working in a team environment, share sales efforts and strategies with internal resources and suppliers.
- Support customer requirements for inventories, delivery lead time and prices.
- You will acquire sales skills through work experience and formal training to perform daily tasks.
- Work is performed under supervision with detailed instructions. Priorities are provided for performing work.
- You will interact with customers, suppliers and immediate peers within assigned team. Based on nature of the role, may respond to requests from others in the organization.
- Other duties as assigned.
