What you will be doing:
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with assigned customers/accounts.
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries.
- Monitor and follow up on sales activities from initial contact to order fulfillment.
- Prepare quotes, pricing details, and product information.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, procurement, logistics) to ensure seamless service.
- Drive revenue growth and help achieve financial targets.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English knowledge - oral and written
- 3-4 years experience from same/similar industry
- University degree
- Proactiveness
- Knowledge of Microsoft tools
- Knowledge of SAP would be considered advantage
