We are looking for a motivated and proactive Inside Sales Representative to join our team! This role combines sales, customer service, and technical knowledge to deliver exceptional solutions to new and existing customers. You will build strong relationships, identify sales opportunities, and ensure a positive customer experience through various communication channels (phone, email, portals).

What you will be doing:

  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with assigned customers/accounts.
  • Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries.
  • Monitor and follow up on sales activities from initial contact to order fulfillment.
  • Prepare quotes, pricing details, and product information.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, procurement, logistics) to ensure seamless service.
  • Drive revenue growth and help achieve financial targets.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English knowledge - oral and written
  • 3-4 years experience from same/similar industry
  • University degree
  • Proactiveness
  • Knowledge of Microsoft tools
  • Knowledge of SAP would be considered advantage
