Job Description:
Serves as a change facilitator, develops and collaborates with site lean champions, and influences site leadership in the transformation to and/or in support of a continuous improvement culture. Facilitates and/or conducts lean, growth and leadership training programs, Kaizen events, and other lean initiatives. Assesses, coaches, and provides constructive feedback to teams to strengthen lean, growth and leadership competencies at the site.
• Monitor and assess current quality performance to identify and assess opportunities for performance and process improvements.
• Monitors existing and new manufacturing processes for improvement opportunities in safety, quality, delivery, and cost through lean problem solving methodology and proactively leads root cause/counter-measure resolution as necessary.
• Lead cross-functional, cross-regional teams effectively and drive results.
• Drive ever-improving results by leveraging EBS tools, consulting skills, and change management process.
• Support business functions in developing and achieving Strategy Deployment /Daily Management objectives.
• Tracks, measures, and reports progress on improvements using standard, established Key Performance Indicators.
• Directly provide formal and informal EBS training and coaching. Evolve and apply tools as appropriate to drive results.
• Achieve Problem Solving Process (PSP) Train-the-Trainer Certification and MBB certification in at least one other EBS tool.
• Provide coaching and guidance in the implementation of EBS processes and tools.

• Preferred Bachelor's Degree in engineering, manufacturing, or related discipline, willing to consider alternate Bachelor Degree programs with relevant experience in excess of the requirement below.
