Join our Revenue Management Team as an eBilling Analyst located in our Warsaw Center of Excellence office (remote).
The eBilling Analyst is responsible for administering the firm's AI eBilling tool by reviewing, analyzing, and maintaining validation rules, identifying potential billing risks, and proactively resolving issues to minimize rejections, write-downs, and payment delays. This role drives process improvements and contributes to reliable and timely client billing by collaborating with various teams and monitoring billing data.
This role will be based on a remote basis and reporting to the eBilling Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
Serves as the primary administrator for the AI billing tool, Validate; maintains and updates validation rules and warning settings based on each client billing guideline
Demonstrates a strong understanding of client billing guidelines to ensure successful submission of invoice
Works closely with department leadership to improve eBilling efficiency in an effort to reduce reductions and rejections
Monitors validation trends to identify recurring issues and recommends process improvements for each client
Collaborates with attorneys, legal assistants, and accounting staff to gather required billing information and address billing questions
Tracks and reports on eBilling metrics, such as successful submission rates and rejection rates
Identifies and implements process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in eBilling
Maintains accurate records and documentation for all eBilling activities

Proficiency with Windows-based software and Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required
Exceptional computer skills with the ability to learn new software applications quickly
