Job Description
Your role will act as a local technical manager for all technical support within a defined territory (Midwest), including support of their promotional activities (e.g. launch events). Organizing and conduction of dealer clinics.
This position provides technical support for dealers and support their promotional activities (e.g. road shows, dealer days).
Support, develop, expand and improve the customer service concept (e.g. hotline support, training concept) for the Bosch eBike System Reporting information about the North American eBike market trends, customer requirements, dealers and end consumers) and regulatory environment.
Responsibilities:
- Providing technical support for bicycles dealers and support their promotional activities(e.g. road shows, dealer days) within a defined territory (Midwest Region)
- Responsible as local technical manager for all technical support, including technical trainings with IBD’s within a defined territory (Midwest)
- Organizing and conduction of dealer clinics within a defined territory (Wisconsin, Illinois, Michigan, Iowa, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska)
- Support, develop, expand and improve the customer service concept (e.g. hotline support, training concept) for the Bosch eBike System, taking into account customer service requirements specific to the North American market
- Reporting information concerning North America dealer and competition landscape, product and customer requirements (e.g. IBD, end-users), including global market, customer demand, product, competitor trends, and information about specific North American regulations.
- Travel expectation: 70% travel within the region
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 3 years' experience in the bicycle industry and/or experience as a bicycle mechanic.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MS Office experience including Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
- Mechanical degree from UBI or BBI is a plus
- Strong group presentation and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues
Additional Information
The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $70,000 - $80,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc. Your Recruiter can share more details about the specific salary range for this position during the interview process.
