- Partner with business stakeholders to understand data use, analysis, and quality requirements
- Collaborate with Digital teams on backlog management and strategic alignment
- Gather, analyze, and document requirements to capture business needs
- Guide solution design to meet data and integration requirements
- Define and execute test cases to validate functional and technical requirements
- Ensure data compliance with quality, regulatory (Data Privacy, Good Practice guidelines, Sarbanes-Oxley), and cybersecurity requirements
- Proven experience in data analysis, data manipulation, and master data management
- Healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience is a strong plus
- Must-have:
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis
- Experience with database systems (Oracle, PostgreSQL, Snowflake)
- Knowledge of data quality techniques and validation methods
- Proficiency with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence) and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Understanding of cloud computing fundamentals
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik Sense)
- Experience working in Agile methodology
- Nice-to-have:
- Understanding of regulatory requirements (Data Privacy, Good Practice guidelines, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance)
- Must-have:
- Analytical thinking with keen attention to detail and data accuracy

The salary range for this position is :€54 400,00 - €72 533Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
