Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive eBay & Walmart Marketplace Specialist to manage, optimize, and troubleshoot our product listings. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in listing creation, optimization, compliance handling, and effective communication with marketplace support teams to ensure smooth operations and high sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Create, edit, and optimize product listings on Walmart and eBay to maximize visibility and sales.
Ensure keyword-rich, SEO-friendly content for product titles, descriptions, and attributes.
Handle compliance issues, including Walmart listing reinstatements and policy violation resolutions.
Communicate effectively with Walmart & eBay Seller Support to resolve listing or account issues promptly.
Monitor product performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve rankings and conversions.
Manage product images, pricing, shipping settings, and category placements.
Track competitor activity and suggest improvements for pricing, promotions, and positioning.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date product catalogs across marketplaces.
Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams to ensure accurate stock availability.
Monitor and respond to buyer inquiries and feedback where required.
Stay updated with Walmart & eBay policies and marketplace trends.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience managing Walmart & eBay marketplaces.
- Strong understanding of SEO and listing optimization strategies for eCommerce platforms.
- Hands-on experience in Walmart compliance issue handling and listing reinstatement.
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) for interaction with support teams.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail with problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and catalog management.
- Experience in the wellness category will be a plus.
