Your Everyday at Nexi
As an EBA  Support Operator, you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Milan. Together, we work within EBA Support Team, in Operations, Digital Banking & Corporate Solutions, ensuring Service monitoring and quality support to the Client, on shift bases 24*7 
About Your Future Role
In this position, you will:

• Providing first- and second-level support to clients (Institutions and Banks), ensuring a high standard of assistance and resolving any requests related to the payment services provided.
• Monitoring service performance and managing incidents and anomalies according to defined procedures, acting as the first point of contact for operational service-related incidents.
• Preparing internal reports as well as reports for clients.
• Managing internal and external test and production master data and records.
• Collaborating in the setup, implementation, and testing phases of services.

• Contributing to the creation and maintenance of internal operational documentation for the service.
