We are looking for an Area Sales Manager to join our growing team—someone with strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and creative ideas that make a difference.
Key ResponsibilitiesLeading the Dealer Sales Representatives as their direct supervisor and creating daily, weekly, and monthly action plans,
Monitoring the performance of the sales staff, identifying training needs, and coordinating with HR to support competency development,
Managing existing dealer relationships and resolving operational issues,
Meeting targets for new channel creation and dealer restructuring in potential areas,
Closely monitoring routine sales activities, order and collection processes; identifying financial risks early and taking preventive actions,
Preparing tactical plans in line with strategic market objectives,
Tracking market dynamics, competitor analysis, and economic developments to provide regular reporting to the Residential Sales Director,
Proposing sales-boosting campaigns and ensuring the effective field implementation of approved projects,
Ensuring complaints from customers, dealers, and service channels are forwarded to relevant departments and following up on the resolution process,
Bachelor's degree from relevant university departments,
At least 10 years of experience in sales and team management,
Proficient in dealer restructuring and channel management processes,
Advanced strategic planning and reporting capabilities,
Analytical thinker with a strong result-oriented approach,
Strong representation, communication, and persuasion skills,
Valid Class B driver’s license and active driving experience,
No restrictions for travel,
Residing in or able to relocate to Adana or Gaziantep

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree from relevant university departments
- Minimum 8 years of experience in sales
- Experience in sales and dealer management in HVAC, heating-cooling, building materials, or white goods sectors
- Ability to manage and develop the existing dealer network
- Highly experienced in human relations and customer relations
- No restrictions on domestic travel
- For male candidates: military service must be completed or exempt
