St. John Vianney Primary School ELC

Salary: £26,806-£27,032

Our Early Learning and Childcare setting is opening to full capacity in a purpose built building on the campus of St John Vianney Primary School.

The setting is expanding its staff team, providing a perfect environment for the development of sector leaders and establishing outstanding practice. We are looking for applicants who want to learn with us, and who also bring something with them to share with the team.

In this exciting time for working in ELC, we hope that you are as inspired as we are by the current potential for improving the lives of children, and that you will relish the vital role that you can have in making children’s rights a lived reality. Our new setting provides the indoor and outdoor spaces all year round, and you will be part of our team delivering the experiences and interactions that our children will enjoy and remember.

We hope you are a committed worker who is full of ideas and understands how to involve others in bringing about positive change.

This post is regulated work with children and/or protected adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. You will be required to provide this check. An unconditional offer of employment and commencement in the post will be subject to the outcome of both these pre-employment checks being deemed satisfactory.

We are committed to a diverse and inclusive workforce where everyone feels valued and able to be their best. We particularly encourage applications from women for senior roles, as well as people from minority ethnic backgrounds, people with disabilities or neurodivergent people, care experienced people, carers and LGBT+ people across all levels of the organisation, all of whom are currently underrepresented.
