Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to shape medical strategy and integrated product plans.
• Leverage therapeutic expertise to support field teams with scientific and clinical insights.
• Identify data gaps and opportunities to improve patient access through evidence generation.
• Map and engage external stakeholders aligned with medical strategy and field collaboration.
• Develop personalized, flexible engagement strategies using tailored content and channels.
• Expand stakeholder engagement beyond healthcare professionals through innovative partnerships.
• Deliver timely, relevant scientific evidence to support informed decision-making.
• Respond to unsolicited stakeholder inquiries with accurate, compliant medical information.
• Lead impactful scientific events and adopt digital tools for broader engagement.
• Manage compliance, reporting, and continuous professional development responsibilities.

Essential Requirements

• Advanced degree in health or life sciences; doctoral degree (PharmD, PhD, MD) preferred
• Fluent in both English and the local language, with excellent written and verbal communication
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a medical function within a therapeutic area
• Strong understanding of healthcare systems, research procedures, and pharmaceutical guidelines
• Proven ability to build collaborative relationships with credibility and purpose
• Demonstrated growth mindset and ability to self-direct learning
• Skilled in digital tools for stakeholder engagement and insights gathering
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities

Desirable Requirements

• Experience in market access or working closely with access and value teams
