Job Description

Raymond James is seeking an experienced and highly organized Early Careers Sourcing, Engagement & Recruiting Operations Specialist to help drive our campus recruiting, internship, and early talent strategies.


This role helps bring our early careers recruiting strategy to life through talent acquisition, candidate engagement, recruiting technology, and university relations. The successful candidate will serve as a key partner to recruiters and business stakeholders by managing recruiting platforms, developing candidate marketing campaigns, engaging student talent communities, and optimizing recruiting processes that support the firm's future talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

 

Candidate Sourcing & Talent Community Engagement


  • Develop and execute student outreach and engagement campaigns to attract top early career talent.
  • Build and maintain talent communities that support internship, early identification, and full-time recruiting initiatives.
  • Manage candidate communications and engagement strategies across multiple recruiting channels.
  • Promote campus events, networking opportunities, informational sessions, and recruiting programs.
  • Support employer branding initiatives that increase awareness of Raymond James among students and emerging talent.

Recruiting Technology & Platform Operations


Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for key recruiting and engagement platforms.


Responsibilities include:

  • Platform administration, configuration, and maintenance.
  • User support, troubleshooting, and training.
  • Recruiting cycle preparation and seasonal readiness.
  • Process documentation and workflow optimization.
  • Vendor relationship management and coordination.
  • Data integrity, governance, and compliance oversight.
  • Evaluation and implementation of new platform capabilities and enhancements.

Candidate Marketing & Communications


  • Develop engaging content and communication strategies to support recruiting initiatives.
  • Produce newsletters, announcements, event communications, and targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Create communication journeys that improve candidate engagement and conversion.
  • Ensure communications align with Raymond James branding standards and candidate experience goals.
  • Analyze campaign effectiveness and recommend enhancements to increase engagement.

Student Referral Program Management


  • Manage student referral intake and candidate tracking processes.
  • Coordinate outreach and engagement with referred candidates.
  • Partner with recruiters and business stakeholders to ensure timely follow-up and exceptional candidate experiences.
  • Support networking opportunities, coffee chats, and relationship-building activities with prospective candidates.

University Relations & Recruiting Strategy Support


Partner with the Early Careers team to support strategic recruiting initiatives, including:

  • Core school recruiting programs.
  • Early identification and diversity initiatives.
  • Investment Banking and specialized talent pipelines.
  • MBA recruiting efforts.
  • Workforce planning and talent pipeline development.
  • Campus marketing and engagement strategies.

 

Recruiting Operations & Process Improvement


  • Identify opportunities to streamline recruiting processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Build and maintain recruiting tools, resources, and documentation.
  • Support reporting, analytics, and recruiting workflow management.
  • Recommend innovative approaches that enhance recruiter productivity and candidate experience.

 

Qualifications


Required


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience supporting recruiting, talent acquisition, recruiting operations, university recruiting, candidate marketing, or related functions.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with recruiting technologies, CRM systems, or talent engagement platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality candidate experiences.

 

Preferred


  • Experience supporting campus recruiting, internship programs, or early careers hiring.
  • Experience managing recruiting events, communications, or employer branding initiatives.
  • Familiarity with candidate relationship management (CRM) platforms and recruitment marketing tools.
  • Experience with process improvement, workflow optimization, or recruiting operations.
