Over 6 months, starting on 1 March 2026, you’ll gain hands-on experience and insights into the financial industry while building lasting connections in a globally recognized investment firm.

What would your role be? 

You will support the US Institutional Sales team in all sales and client service related matters through the full cycle of the fundraising process, including prospecting, investment and operational due diligences, on-boarding and subsequent client relationship management.

As part of the internship, you will: 

  • Support the North America Institutional Group as required on all projects impacting new and existing client base and work with various internal stakeholders: marketing/content, RFP, compliance, investment to source relevant output for clients in both NY office and Zurich office.
  • Maintain CRM system with client records, activity and pipeline and coordinate all ad hoc request and ongoing reporting.
  • Participate in the client onboarding process by providing support and direction for complex investor transactions.
  • Coordinate prospect marketing materials, client portfolio reviews, RFP and DDQ completion, annual conferences and roadshows
  • Deliver customized, standardized and ad-hoc reporting to our North American client base.
  • Participate in period reviews with clients and consultants.
  • Direct ongoing client subscription and redemption process ensuring flows are communicated in a timely and accurate manner.

·         Academic background: Master’s students/graduates (focused on technology, finance, or related fields).  

·         Passion for finance: A genuine interest in the financial sector and a drive to make an impact. 

·         Mindset: Independent, responsible, and eager to learn. 

·         Team spirit: A collaborative approach and the ability to take ownership of tasks. 

·         Languages: Fluency in English (written and verbal).

·         Important to know: you need to hold a valid work permit for the location you are applying for.

·         Paid internship: we offer standardized salary for all early career interns with an hourly rate of $45 based upon experience, qualifications, and education.

  • To be eligible for in this internship program based in NY, you must be authorized to work in the U.S. We do not offer any type of employment-based immigration sponsorship for this program. Likewise, this program is not available to those authorized to work under optional practical training (OPT) or curricular practical training (CPT).
