Role Summary/Purpose:
The Early Career Program is 24-month program that offers an incredible opportunity to challenge yourself and gain valuable work experience. A long-term Internship at GE Aerospace is demanding but equally rewarding and will give you the tools you need to accelerate your career. As an Early Career Trainee (ECT) at GE Aerospace you will gain hands-on experience across the most important elements of Aviation Operations including Engineering, Maintenance and Repair Operations, Sales and Marketing, Customer Support.

Essential Responsibilities:
As an ECT Trainee at GE Aerospace, you will be assigned to support projects across the different functions on a rotational basis. As the traineeship progresses, you will be expected to accept greater responsibilities until you are able to assume a lead role in a specific customer engagement later in the program, to be chosen based on business priorities at the time.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, preferably in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
- Recent Graduate or graduate with less than 1 year of experience and passionate about Aviation Industry
- UAE National
Desired Characteristics:
- Passion for learning; ability to self-teach and enquire
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Familiarity with data science, data engineering, and AI tools or concepts is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of data analysis, data visualization, and reporting tools
- Exposure to programming languages such as Python, SQL, or similar is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills - Ability to work across culture, diversity and manage conflict effectively
